The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, now in its 30th year, is based on the nationally recognized Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework, a rigorous model designed to help organizations improve outcomes, strengthen operations, and enhance the quality of care and quality of life for residents. The program honors long-term and post-acute care providers across the nation that have demonstrated their dedication to enhancing quality care for the residents they serve.
