Our Story
FRANCISCAN POST-ACUTE CARE CENTER is a 68-bed skilled nursing facility located in the beautiful town of Merced. We provide 24/7 skilled nursing care in a small and warm environment for residents in need of short-term rehabilitation. Our seasoned staff at Franciscan Health Care provides state-of-the-art physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
Our goal is to assist residents to, once again, regain their independence to return home. We also offer exceptional skilled nursing services. We tailor our services and support to each individual patients’ needs and preferences. We embrace a reverence for life and a heart for healing. Franciscan Health Care is open 7 days a week for you and your family to tour our facility.
