SOUTHERN UTAH VETERANS HOME – IVINS is the region’s premier provider of post-acute care and rehabilitation services for Veterans and spouses of Veterans. Located at the base of the scenic red mountain in Ivins, UT, our campus features dedicated short-term rehabilitation, long-term care communities and secure memory care. This model allows us to carefully design care teams aimed at meeting and exceeding the needs of those entrusted to our care.
In addition to rehabilitation services, Southern Utah Veterans Home is designed to care for medical conditions through personalized, 24-hour skilled nursing care through our licensed professionals. We go above and beyond to provide quality customer service possible with our unique pain management program including Aromatherapy, Music and Memory, and Luxury Spa Services – all part of our 5-Star quality care.
