Located conveniently along Pacific Avenue near Fern Hill, Avalon Healthcare – Tacoma provides skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation services for patients looking to recover their strength and mobility following a brief hospital stay. We understand the many challenges one may face after a recent surgery or illness. Our caring, dedicated staff work closely together to provide an individualized plan of care to help patients and residents regain their strength and return home safely and quickly. Her room is immaculate and so are all the others. Patients are smiling and engaging whenever I come to visit. All caregivers, and Admin staff are very communicative. OT and PT work very hard.
