Roland Kirton

Roland Kirton has been Director of Analytics and Special Projects at Avalon Health Care since 2015. His specialties include predictive analytics and business modeling with methods such as decision trees, regression, monte carlo and other techniques. Using data analysis and business modeling, his work promotes strategic decision making.  Mr. Kirton models potential acquisitions and divestitures, providing decision makers with the tools they need to understand probabilities around internal rates of return, risk, and cost/benefit. Mr. Kirton monitors the state of the industry, its trends and condition, and applies predictive analytics methods to model future states as it relates to Avalon’s current and future strategic investments.

His previous positions at Avalon include Business Analyst and Buyer.  He earned a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Utah.
