Our Story

HIGHLAND HOUSE NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER is located in the northeast corner of Grants Pass. We’re dedicated to providing for each resident’s total care, including individual physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs. We encourage and welcome input, involvement and support from our residents and their families. Our goal is to help residents achieve their optimum level of function while simultaneously incorporating their rights to self-determination.

We offer skilled nursing and rehabilitation as well as long-term, palliative, hospice, and respite care. Our rehabilitation program, which encourages independence and activity, helps each resident acquire new skills and relearn old ones. Our programs specialize in post-acute rehabilitation, including orthopedic and post-stroke recovery, home safety assessments, advanced wound care, and care for complex medical needs.

Committed To Quality

Highland House offers more than just 24-hour nursing care, we cater to both the physical and emotional health of our residents and patients. Our care teams work together to create personalized treatment plans to help patients through their care journey. We strive to provide industry-leading outcomes through coordination of all aspects of your care.
